Study in Germany – Land of Ideas
The international campaign “Study in Germany – Land of Ideas” presents Germany as a study and research location abroad.
“Study in Germany – Land of Ideas” intends to get graduates and PhD students interested in studying or doing their doctorate in Germany. The international campaign was commissioned by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and is implemented by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). The aim is to increase the number of highly qualified foreign students at German universities.
Since 2008, various activities have been realized under the brand “Study in Germany – Land of Ideas”. In addition to billboards and advertisements on which foreign students talk about their positive experiences in Germany, there are also campaign products and image films about Germany as a study location. Interested people can find practical tips and information about studying and living in Germany on the information portal www.study-in.de where a young editorial team gives authentic insights into student life in Germany. Presentations at international education fairs round off the campaign’s information offer.
After “Research in Germany – Land of Ideas”, “Study in Germany – Land of Ideas” is the second DAAD and BMBF campaign that has been put in a uniform framework by the brand “Germany – Land of Ideas”.
